Shattered

for my sis, in memory of Lohti

Lives shattered,
broken,
torn,
punching holes,
in the cloth,
of humanity.

A mind destroyed,
by war and gore,
plucks away hearts,
with life left to live.

Death spreads,
it's gloomy cloud,
smeared by love,
across earthly bounds.

Like a spider,
sensing it's pray,
on distant threads,
I feel the ripples,
of painful tearing,
as another thread,
in this human web,
is pulled,
too hard.

  2. Wow... you're getting much better... wow!

This is, as a poem, very well-painted and beautiful.

This is, as an expression of your feelings, very deep and evocative.

I'm impressed with how far you've come in both areas, and am greatly enjoying getting to know you. :)
